At 12-noon it's parade time. It's the people that make the day, everyone is Irish or Green Beings, happy, drunk, and a little crazy, well, not everyone is drinking, it's a fun time for kids to watch the parade as well as being in it.
Adults want beer, kids want free things: beads,candy,stickers, anything goes if they throw it out to the crowd, everyone scrambles to obtain it, fastest kid wins unless they hand it to you.
The spectators and the interactions are always as interesting as the main event in PHLASHTOWN!
